Privacy
Short version: nothing you do here leaves your device.
What’s stored, and where
Every game keeps its scores, settings and saved progress in your browser’s local storage, on the device you’re playing on. The same goes for The Modern Person: your habits, check-ins, reflections, inventory, people and plans are kept in your browser only.
None of it is sent to this server or anywhere else. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The forms in The Modern Person only save to your browser.
Calendar links and backups
If you tap a Google Calendar button, Google receives that one event’s details, because you’re adding it to your Google account. Calendar files (.ics) and backup files are made in your browser and saved straight to your device.
Deleting your data
Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings deletes everything. In The Modern Person, Settings → Start over does the same. Download a backup first if you might want it back.
Online games
Anagrid and Muggins run on their own servers so people can play together. They keep games in memory while they’re being played and store nothing personal.
